German Iron Cross 2nd Class 1939 manufactured by Julius Maurer Oberstein, maker stamped 75 on the suspension ring, the mounting ring is silver soldered or brazed on, but is a much thinner than normal ring, and has only been bonded onto one side (front) of the cross. Making this an unusual original example in excellent condition, complete with original ribbon.
