Bar to the Iron Cross 1939 2nd Class Repeat Spange

German Iron Cross repeat bar to the 1939. If the Iron Cross 2nd Class was awarded in 1914-18 and again in 1939, this eagle device was worn on the 1914-18 ribbon to indicate the award being bestowed upon the recipient in both conflicts. 
 

this bar has one prong missing sadly. No makers marks on the reverse side.
