In an art deco style featuring a line up of 5 athletes holding oars or javelins? The back of the medal is like a stepped target, with the Olympic Games bell in the centre? With the Nazi slogan for the 1936 Olympics "Ich rufe die junge der welt" research has pointed that this design was by Otto Placzek, although this particular example is not artist attributed and the other variation is the words are all carved into the actual medal and not raised. In my opinion this is a more detailed example with age to it.
